- Are you typing in the correct 4 digit pin code?
- Are the batteries weak?
- Is something inside the safe preventing the door from closing all the way when the safe locks?
- Is something inside the safe pushing against the door when it tries to unlock?
- Have you tried to do an emergency unlock to open the safe?
- Have you removed and replaced the batteries?
Perform an emergency unlock procedure to open the safe then enter a new pin code.

The door is being forced open from the inside, jamming the latch. Push the door in while entering the pin code to free the latch.
The locking latch has not reached the open position. Enter the pin code again.
